Return Policy for Devonics, Inc.

Thank you for shopping at Devonics, Inc. We strive to provide high-quality robotic arms and exceptional customer service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original unopened packaging.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Process:

  1. Contact Devonics, Inc. Customer Service to initiate the return process. Provide your order number and reason for return. Send email to info@devonics.com

  2. Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning the item.

  3. Pack the item securely in the original packaging, if possible, and include any accessories or documentation that came with it.

  4. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.

  5. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service. The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

  6. Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within [X] business days.

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Please allow 7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

Exchanges:

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different model or size, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange. The item being returned must meet the eligibility criteria outlined above. Unopened packaging.  

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
